This is a private, selective community. 13 Devils reserves the absolute right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time for any reason, without explanation. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and all information you provide is accurate.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to engage in any activity that harms the community, its members, or the organization. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, doxxing, illegal content, spam, impersonation, and attempting to circumvent bans or security measures.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on this platform, you grant 13 Devils a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the community.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of this platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data. Activity and communications may be monitored for security and rule enforcement.

6. Account Termination

13 Devils may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13 Devils is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided “as is.”

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Modifications

13 Devils reserves the right to modify this Registration Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
