Entry-level rank. Achieved upon introduction to Project Dreamseer. An intercepted C.R.O.S.S. document states that the Recruit is "the spirit of the agency". This is believed to be the reason C.R.O.S.S. chooses to represent itself with the symbol of the Recruit.
